Mr. Guiscardo was previously employed as President by Pioneer Natural Resources, Vice President-Exploration & Production Services by Pride International, a Director & Vice President-Business Development by Repsol YPF SA, Vice President-Exploration & Production by Exxon, Vice President-Exploration & Production by Exxon Mobil Corp., a Director & Partner by Quartermaster, and President by Global Directive Marketing Initiatives. Mr. Guiscardo was also an Independent Director at Vantage Drilling Co.
He is on the Board of Directors at Abra Pampa SA, QM Equipment SA, Vantage Drilling Co., Vida Sin Violencia, and Vantage Energy Services, Inc.
