For the first time in 30 years Argentina is releasing offshore blocks and is inviting international Oil & Gas companies to participate. Mr Iguacel will present a summary of the Argentine Energy Plan, a brief of the ongoing unconventional operation in Vaca Muerta and details of the the opportunity for the incoming Offshore blocks bid.
